| The founder and president of Season’s Enterprises, Ltd., Michael Season,
moved his wife and children from Illinois to Oregon in 1976 to try his hand at
organic farming. Michael wanted his family to be able to eat quality foods free
of suspected chemicals and additives. From that Oregon farm, the Season family
quickly developed one of the largest natural foods distributorships in the U.S. |

When Michael moved his family back to the Midwest so that his children
could be closer to their grandparents, he brought his Kettle Cooked Potato Chips
with him. Though the early competition was fierce, Season’s snacks quickly
gained a loyal following. Season soon realized that there was a market for healthier,
additive-free foods.
In 1993, Season introduced what has become one of the company’s most successful
products to date - Michael Season’s Reduced Fat Potato Chips. In addition
to their great taste, these chips have become popular with a growing number of
consumers who have allergies or diet limitations.
Seasons' Enterprises has always been on the move to create a unique "better for you" snack product.
Today, Season’s increasing popularity can be attributed to its commitment
to using organic, all-natural ingredients whenever possible and providing an exceptional
product at an affordable price. Michael Season’s passion for making healthier
foods and his unique industry insight are key elements for the success of Season’s
